Solution found! One brass strip at the corner hobby shop $1.49, three holes one screw two washers and a nut out of the garage add one existing weight and a swingarm is made!
Silly suggestion I know, but have you tried Vibroplex itsownself? I got my larger weight for my Champion right there.
I use a wooden clothes line clip that has a metal spring that I can clip on to the weight screw for low speeds or down the pendulum for medium speed, and for real slow sending, I clamped the clip in a vice and drilled a slot into the inside of the wide end to accomodate a long wood screw that extends it even more.
I prefer adding length rather than weight to the pendulum. I believe too much extra wight would eventually wear out or deform the bearings. Lengthening a pendulum will increase the time period of the swing.
It's a shame to slow down the Champ, it really sounds good at 20 WPM+, but so many of the people on CW are new and I want to slow down to keep them going too.
