Upload key for MacLoggerDX

I am switching over from HRD to MacLoggerDX. Can anyone tell me where to find the UPLOAD KEY that MacLogger requires? I already have installed the XML Key. But have no idea what an upload key is, or why it is needed.

It might be the QRZ Logbook API key but your best place to get the answer is from the MacLogger developers.

 

TU for your reply! I already have QRZ API key. It is found on my QRZ XML page. But no idea about the upload key.

Remember with HRD you had to put the QRZ API key into the QRZ configuration section of HRD. I would bet this is what MacLogger is asking for as it will not be able to upload to your QRZ log without that QRZ API key. Try the putting in the API key and see if that works.

Im having a problem with the qrz api . after puttin in macloggerdx the qrz key, it says qrz api error. do you know what it could be happening?

excuse me, why do you think it might have change? I have just done all the process again and still having same problem. it says its a api error, mac logger customer service says its something with qrz,

 

i am having the exact same problem. HRD works fine. MacLoggerDx fails on qrz upload of qsos.

 

Just recently it was mentioned here that API keys were inadvertently changing for some reason but bug has been fixed.

 

I don't think so. Not in my shack anyway.
