Upload contact to LOTW is rejected

When sending contact uploads to LOTW I am getting a failure to connect and a Rejection???? Problem just happened after years of no problems.

 

I am having the same problem. Here is the error:

Unable to init server: Could not connect: Connection refused
21:11:26: Error: Unable to initialize GTK+, is DISPLAY set properly?

Is the browser on Linux? If so: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31797923/debian-unable-to-initialize-gtk-is-display-set-properly. If it's on Windows, this may be a bug.

Please advise.

Periodically have same problem. Running MAC OS. Has resolved on it's own from time to time.

 

Many reporting problems today. Pse stand by.
