I am relatively new to QRZ.com and just started logging QSOs. Right now I have 428 confirmed out of 1073 QSOs in QRZ.com. In other words, 645 are unconfirmed. What conditions are required to be "confirmed." Do I have to manually confirm each one of the unconfirmed QSOs? Why 40% of my QSOs have been automatically confirmed while 60% have been left confirmed. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Two basic requirements are needed.

    1. Both of you use QRZ logging.
    2. Both sets of log data must match within parameters set by QRZ.

It's just that simple. You have to understand that lots of folks don't use QRZ for logging. Heck, a lot of hams don't log anything at all. Some use paper logs and some use various logging programs. None of which have anything to do with the QRZ logbook.

    Simplicity.

    Hi Gary,
Thank you for the clarification. Then, I have two more questions relating to that, but will post a new thread to keep the topics separate.
