UK Regional Identifiers as a secondary call?

    My call is officially M#7DSW with M7DSW being the call I use at my QTH.
    I have added M7DSW/P as a secondary call for when i am operating portable and this was no problem

    but say (after lockdown) i went to activate a local SOTA summit that is just over the boarder into Wales.

    I would have to operate as MW7DSW(/P) as soon as i crossed the boarder.

    is there any way to add MW7DSW as a secondary call in the same way as i can add M7DSW/M for exmple?
