    Are you a licensed U.S.Amateur or Commercial operator and living in Germany?
    I am trying to locate all Americans that are F.C.C. licensees, Commercial or Amateur, in the Franconia (Wuerzburg, Kitzingen, Ansbach, Bamberg) area to start an American study and test group for the license examinations, both U.S. Amateur and Commercial, through the W5YI group.
