I also have the LDG AT-100 PRO... For my long wire I use an Icom AH-4, For my mobile I have a Tarheel II Screwdriver antenna I use a N2VZ Turbo Tuner.. I have also uses other Non-Auto tuners .. Mostly depends what you want to do and what kind of antenna/s you would like to use..
Good luck.. I have two IC-706MIIGs and love them both.

Did you get it from W6GQ? If so I might have to charge him for my commission;)

What ever happened to the very excellent Icom AH-4?

Works with dipoles, verticals, random wire, etc.

    Perhaps it is pricey...

Got one used for $150US, use it mobile, and love the TUNE button on the rig! Very safe while driving...

gud luck with your new tuner :)

That LDG tuner will come with rig specific interface cabling so all you have to do is press the tune button.

    Antenna couplers

Feed point couplers are a bit more spendy, but I prefer them and believe one gets a better match at the feed point. :D
Depending on your needs. I also have an LDG-100 pro as well and like it a lot.
