That nice link you posted says "On 60 meters hams are restricted to only one signal per channel and automatic operation is not permitted" I'm only transmitting one signal. I dont use fox/hound mode and transmit multiple signals at once. I stay centered around 1500. Most of what I hear is DX and they have their own rules. I can't police others that treat it as a mini-band and it's not my problem. I'm willing to use FT8 on 60m and I dont worry about what others do. If the FCC can't take the time to clean up 75m and 7.200 - I dont think they are going to worry about a few extra low power signals on 60m! Has ANYONE heard a non-amatuer transmitting on 60 meters EVER? If we lose the band, at least I worked all states and a few dozen DX locations first.
Yes, often. I know this because I listen more than I transmit. I find I learn more that way - about technical topics and about people.
