Trouble with my yaesu ftm-400 xdh

    Does any know why on the 2 meater band from 146000 to 148000 when I go to transmitt it comes up with a tx freq error I bought one off of ebay from Japan by mistake i read that the firmware might be wrong for the us if so is there anyway I can turn it into a US model

    Best thing to do, after reading the manual, is look up the Japanese band plan and then contact Yaesu for help.
