Have you tried using CAT for PTT?
MultiScan 3B does not have a CAT selection for PTT. It's either "None" or "cocoaPTT".
Someone needs to update cocoaPTT or create a new program that works.
I'd be pulling my hair out if I didn't shave it off every day.
The source code is available at http://www.w7ay.net/site/Downloads/cocoaPTT/cocoaPTT 2.0 proj.dmg It is available for anyone to work on.
It would be nice if I was a programmer, but I'm not.
Pretty sure that this is the issue... Out of date software...
Most definitely; both CocoaModem and MultiScan 3B are no longer being actively developed or updated. With the changes made to OS X/macOS over the last few years, no development=problems running the software.
Well, is there any other SSTV program for the Mac that's recommended? I know of only MultiMode. Wasn't too user friendly at my first glance at it.
SSTV is definitely a neglected area of Mac software.
Yes it is.
