Today, Stefan, DK3SB, assembled, programmed and and power up tested the tracker for the first of the four launches of the MIAMI HIGH ALTITUDE CIRCUMNAVIGATING BALLOON PROJECT. Tomorrow, Sunday September 22nd, weather permitting, and beginning after 1300 Z, should begin testing outside GPS reception and 20 meter WSPR transmission of the tracker. The tracker has been programmed with call sign: K4LCD .
