    If you read this part carefully, you will see that an Amateur station IS somewhat protected from RFI from a neighbor.
    "such signals" are clearly defined to include RADIO signals.


    "such as microwave, radio, telephone, or television signals..."

    " If within 12 months of the installation of a wind energy system, adjacent property owners can justify to the Plan Commission that the system is causing unreasonable interference with such signals as received on their properties, the Plan Commission shall give the system owner not more than three months to correct the interference problem..."

    Solar Panels are notorious RFI generators due to the switching regulators located in each panel for load sharing... I wonder how far a complaint would get with the town zoning if someone raised a legitimate concern? The idiots who are drafting those regulations are not in touch with reality.

    Intentional interference is caused by the operator not the transmitter. Oranges and apples...
