Try different bands? Not sure if they’re working FT on 30m, but I worked them easily on that band on CW with 5w and a wire on the first call. (Okay, it was the fifth call, once I realized I didn’t have split turned on for the first four calls. Lol!) At least here in North FL they were much stronger on 30 than 80 or 40. gl es gud dx de ww2pt!
Thanks Paul, Fox and Hound is just not working right for him. WSJT-X is not moving my transmitter for final transmission, There are no reply signal reports and after failed attempts he just keeps calling me. At +3 I know he is hearing me but can't seem to consummate the QSO. Very perplexing. Rory, K5CKS
Gotcha. Yeah, that’s above my level of knowledge about FT-8. I’ve not used any digi-modes in years. I’m still waiting until AMTOR makes a comeback. 73! ww2pt
