    OUI let ALL French islands become very rare DX, not just Éparses or Crozet etc...

    A way to make very clear how doomed these islands are, how it's a pain being stuck there, how deeply public-assisted they are, in a nutshell, how un-civilized they remained, despite (because of) all freebies flooding lazy islanders.
