Tis the Season! 12 Days of Christmas is On the Air

Always an exciting winter activity, the 12 DoC is fun while reminding folks of the holiday spirit.

To accommodate those with directional antennas operators that are Not in call area 2 will use a modifier to indicate where they are.

So far I have only found the Bonus station on CW.
Will it be operated on SSB?

 

Just made contact with Bonus Station on 20 meters on SSB, SO NEVER MIND

 

The bands have been pretty noisy/dead the last few days.
It's great that you're operating in different states, really gives more of a chance for contact.
I've made double contact on a few stations that were 2-2 or 3-3 on my end just to make sure.
Just need 5 Golden Rings for a clean sweep.

 

I'm hoping for more multiple operators... one I lack is about 300 miles from me on 20m and I'm struggling lol. Considered driving the other way a few hours!

I am almost halfway there. I just worked three stations on 80m.

 

Suggest new station nicknames for next year's event:

W5G - 5 Golden Blasters
W4S - 4 Storm Troopers
W3J - 3 stinky Jawas
W2A - 2 Astro droids
W1W - A wookie in a pear tree

Seven days into the event and still can't get W2R.
Just like last year, I was hoping with multiple locations of operators it would be better.
Will have to wait for Santa
