Tom graduated from Clemson University with a BSEE degree. He worked for Tektronix for 40 years. He was trustee for TERAC maintaining the club repeaters for several years. He was very active in local ham radio flea markets. Tom managed the SEAPAC tables for OTVARC for man years. He was active in mountain-top microwave field operation's. In early 2023, he moved to the Boston area to be nearer to his family. He is survived by his siblings Cindy, James (Sherry) and Sarah (David) along with nieces and nephews: Sam, Max, Jennie, Alex and Isabelle.
