It's pretty good and similar to the old "Monitoring Times". I just subscribed for a year when I heard about it on the Airspy mailing list.

You can buy a single issue for $3 USD to take a look.

I know you're trying to be helpful but ... just imagine if everyone did that.

Have had it about a year or so they do a good job. Also, the "K9YA Telegraph" has some great stories.

Been a subscriber for years. Great magazine. Lots of former MT authors.

Why not try the 'contact' page and ask for a sample copy?

I miss Monitoring Times as well as Popular Communications. Printed and snail mailed magazines just could not make it. I have been thinking of subscribing to The Spectrum Monitor. Listening to HF utillity stations such as maritime ships and aeronautical mobile is not the same as it used to be 20 years ago. I used to enjoy monitoring the USCG S&R frequencies back in the 90s and later but I rarely hear them on their primary 5696 KHz anymore. Same with a lot of Coastal stations. I suppose everyone has gone to satellite (INMARSAT)
