Just moved everything into the new ham shack in the garage... Still a work in progress however. The openings behind the equipment is for access to the back of the equipment. Insulated panels fit into the openings, yet to be made. Also in this room, directly across from the radio bench is a work bench for projects.
I've been using this set up for the past week. Works great. Better receive with the R-4C, more out put with the TR-4 than the T-4XB transmitter.

Recent upgrade to my shack. Using HP 17t laptop with additional screens, 17 inch AOC monitor and also 40 inch Samsung TV, which is 3rd screen and also used for Geochron and general TV.
Three band micro shack. Proves you can keep plenty busy around the block and around the world for under $600. QRP Labs QCX-40 with CT-599 paddles, half wavelength dipole 30 feet up, and Yaesu FT-60 V/U HT. But of course, as everything goes in this hobby, one thing leads to another. So there are plans for a multi band HF and Comet vertical antenna, etc, etc, .......
