A group of fellow amateur radio operators from IARC (Israeli Association of Radio Communication) developed a new DX cluster called "The Holy Cluster" https://holycluster.iarc.org/ It is a cluster design that emphasizes visualization. Alongside the traditional spots table, they created a dynamic map that lets users sense band conditions at a glance. Some highlights: Easy DXpedition spotting: Quickly locate rare stations. Color-coded bands: Instantly see which bands are open and where (especially useful during contests). Custom alerts: Never miss a rare DXCC or interesting station. Other features include: Dark Mode Switch to dark mode in the settings menu for a more comfortable experience in low-light environments. Change Distance Units to Miles Toggle between KM and miles (for the guys in the US). Sortable Spots Table Sort the spots table by simply clicking on any column name for better organization. Submit a New Spot Submit new spots directly through the app. Propagation Data Show propagation data to better predict band conditions. ️ Map Center Indicator Shows a dot in the map center so you never lose orientation. Enhanced Filtering Options Filter spots by either the DX station or the Spotter. You can refine your search using station Prefix, Suffix, or DXCC. It's also possible to display self-spotting stations, typically those operating portable (/P) from notable locations or running QRP. The Band Bar Sharing space with the filters, the Band Bar displays a frequency line for each band, with real-time spots embedded directly along it. Whether you're a visual operator or a data-driven one, this gives you instant insight into where the action is. Even better – it’s fully interconnected with the map and table. Select a spot in one view, and it highlights across all others. ❗ Toggle filters / alerts Most of the time, you’ll want to apply filters to focus on the stations that interest you, but sometimes you may want to see everything. The new toggle button lets you enable or disable filters without having to reconfigure them each time. Same goes for the Alerts. Auto Zoom Let the map do the work! Automatically adjusts zoom levels to ensure all spots are visible. Sub KHz Resolution Precision matters. Spots are created and displayed with 100Hz resolution. Flag or Country Name? Your Choice. Toggle between displaying country flags or names. Customize it to your preference. Highlight Band Activity Hover over a band button in the left filter bar to instantly highlight that band’s activity on the map. Equator Toggle Interested in Transequatorial Propagation? Now you can Show or Hide the Equator on the map. This project is open source. It is free and will always be free. It is being developed by radio amateurs as a contribution to our community. Join the Wave Whether you're chasing DX, monitoring band conditions, or just exploring the airwaves, The Holy Cluster offers a fresh, intuitive way to engage with the amateur radio world. It's designed to enhance your experience. Dive in, explore the features, and become part of a growing community. Try it now at holycluster.iarc.org – and spread the word!
Amir - 4x6TT recommended it, I've been usung DXHeat but now I'll give this a try. Only thing I'd like to do that I don't see (yet) is defibe the individual bands/mode. For example when looking at 40M SSB I only want to see 7150-7300.
The default filter yields a nice mix of POTA, SOTA, and DX. I haven't been doing much DXing lately but it's drawing me back in...
I just tested it and was amazed at the functions. Made 2 quick contacts on 15m into Russia no problem !
The last couple of days (16th and 17th) all I get now is a blank screen no Holy Cluster spotting, what happened???????
