UK HAM STATION writes "HELLO RADIO, its great to hear a good audio on the bands, but it is about time someone or somebody laid down some guide lines on how to have a BIG SOUND on the bands. All the wannabe BIG SOUND people should take the time out to have a word with the people who have spent a lot of time and money to get it right.

All the bonehead wannabe people then would have some guide lines to work from instead of the load of terrible rubbish that seems to be heard on the bands these days. Why do we have to put up with the excessively 6khz wide tx audio on the l.f. bands its bad enough with over keen alc and processors ripping the face off you but keep the BIG SOUND on h.f. so that we can enjoy the time and effort put into the audio side of the hobby world wide by people who have looked into it and got it right, but please please can someone or somebody put some guide lines down for all the wannabe BIG SOUND stations who just sound crap and just make the bands full of Q.R.M instead of the sound of superb broadcast type audio."
