Thanks for having the test on-line, I studied for 5 days and passed with a 41/50 thanks again w5ssg/ae
Congratulations! Enjoy your new privledges. I studied for Extra using an old ARRL book, the Gordon West book, and practice exams from QRZ.com and passed with a 45/50, which was higher than I had gotten on any practice exam. When I finished the exam, I though I'd passed it by one or two questions, I had alot of room to spare. Again, welcome to Extra class!
I have to say thanks to QRZ also! I used the QRZ practice tests to help me pass the Extra. Its a great tool to see how well prepared you are for the exams. Joe - KB1KDY
- qrz has definitely helped quite a few folks to study for the exams... - i didn't use a book for Element 2, but did for Element 3 and 4... there's a lot of good and necessary information in the ARRL manuals, and having a book on hand to help explain and help me understand the principles behind each question was a great benefit... - i hope lots of folks practice for and pass the Element 1 test this summer! - congrats to all who are upgrading - hope to work all of you on HF!
