Charles Town is not far from Hagerstown and Frederick, MD or Leesburg or Winchester, VA. I could also take the tests near Culpeper, Warrenton or Fredericksburg, VA

I don't see anything listed in the whole state of WV.

The Winchester, VA club (W4RKC) is very active, and includes a lot of really friendly and helpful members. They have a regular exam schedule. This is a very professional club. Contact them.

Depending on where you are in the Charlestown area, they should not be more than 30-45 minutes away. Just take Routes 340 and 7 to get to Winchester. They aren't far from the old Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot.

    Good luck,
    Ken
