I have to vouch for the RS negativity. I'm 13 and I know more than all of the idiots at RS. I told them I built my own computer (which I really did) and they stared at me like your dog stares at your answering machine when your voice comes on. I spent more than an hour in a conversation with one of the employs... only to find that he couldn't spell USB. I didn't buy anything during the two (count 'em - TWO) hours I spent there looking around.
