My first solo radio kit build, just got it finished tonight. I am just happy it works and I can hear stations!

Fine tuning it is tedious to say the least, still have some work to do there, but for now I am just happy I was able to hear voices and music on it. Not a bad little receiver.

I built a 2P3 last January. It took me about 3 or 4 times tuning it per instructions, to get it perfect. I really like the radio, It is very sensitive. I don't think you can buy new AM radio, that works as well as the 2P3. I sometimes pair it with a Terk loop antenna.

It turns the 2P3 into a very good dx receiver, I have received a station from Iowa, and regularly listen to WSM Nashville from Pittsburgh
