Hello everyone, looking to make my own DC supply cable for my Icom 2730.
Can anyone point me in the right place to find the female terminals for the "T" connector as shown below?
Note: those in the picture are too small for 8-10 AWG.

A connector that fits 8-10 AWG may not fit in that housing. That may be why you can not find them.

You may need to splice to a smaller 12 AWG wire. Keep it short and it will work.

Those .25 " connectors are not likely to carry the current that #8 can provide. #10 seems to be max, When not in a T housing.

Splice using a wired Fuse holder may be a good idea. ;)

Thanks. I believe you are correct. I think I may just swap out the connector to power poles to make it more universal.

The smaller Power Poles may not work with #8-10. The housing makes it a tight fit.

They do have larger ones, But for a radio they are not normally needed.

Good Luck. Any quick disconnect can cause problems.

Assuming you want #8 because of a long run a short splice to smaller wires won't make any material difference. Assuming 1 foot of #10 vs #8 the voltage drop difference is 2/100 V. Don't worry about trying to get #8 into the plug. That isn't necessary.
