I found the www.short-wave.info page online that does a nice job listing active SWL stations. This might be a dumb question but I'll ask it anyway - is there a reliable guide that I can download that will break the same info down by band/freq, UTC, language, etc? The goal would be a digital copy that works off-line so I can reference it locally. I suppose a paper book would work also, but digital would be ideal.

The HFCC is the "official" coordinator of shortwave broadcasting and their website has files available for download at: http://hfcc.org/data/

Their data is also available for web access in different forms at: http://hfcc.org/data/guidepost.phtml

Eibi does a good job of including data from other countries that don't participate in HFCC (Brazil, North Korea, and others) or that don't comply with HFCC structure and can be downloaded in various formats at: http://www.eibispace.de/

There used to be a book called the World Radio/TV Handbook. If it's still in print that's what you want; if it's not I don't know.

Update: The WRTH has been published for 2021 and it's available for pre-order on Amazon.
