All Just a brief story to the group as I am a private seller going to hamfests every weekend trying to help the hobby with great prices on items I aquire.. This past week however I had a very busy table and before 8 am my new yaesue ft5d was stolen leaving the box.. I must been helping another ham and didnt see it get lifted. A lot of lessons learned here and will be better prepared in the future. I have attached the Pic of ther serial number incase anyone sees it for sale I have also contacted yaesue and informed the local club Regards Glen af3g
Sorry to hear this. I was there a bit later with the rest of the buying crowd. Since it happened before 8 that was before buyers were officially admitted so it could have been another seller (hopefully not) or a non-ham with sticky fingers wandering around. Sucks either way. Keep an eye on the QRZ Swapmeet just in case (and other selling sites as well).
