I bit the bullet and upgraded Win 10 to Win 11 on my MacMini running OS 11.6 and VMWare Fusion (v12.1.2.) So far, so good, just that there was one hiccup: After running Windows PC Health Check, it said that I wouldn't be able to install Win 11 because TPM 2.0 wasn't enabled. The nerve! So, I enabled it: https://www.askdavetaylor.com/how-to-add-tpm-2-module-windows-11-vmware-fusion-mac/ and things went smoothly after that.

For those of you using ham software in a Windows environment on a Mac, before you upgrade to Win 11 you might want to double-check with your ham radio hardware and software vendors/developers to see if they know for certain that their goods will work in Win 11 correctly; if not, you might want to hold off upgrading 'til they are.
