Sticker Availability?

I know the standard sticker is the white background with black lettering. But during the 25th Anniversary of QRZ.com, there was two other options. One the American flag version and the other being a black background with white lettering.

Are the black background white lettering stickers still available? If so, how do I order? Just request them when mailing to get a sticker?

If they are not available any longer, will they ever become available again?
