Thought I would share something I have been working on for the last year. I build a Steering Control Box using coax delay lines to be able to switch around (Steer) both Inverted End Fed wire antennas. The Steering Control design was based on the ARRL Compendium#2 Article. And the FCP was based on K2AV's Design. See my QRZ page for info and photos( https://www.qrz.com/lookup/va3kgs ). Has anyone else out there done something like this? I would like to here how its performing for you. If there are any questions, I hope I could answer them for you. Cheers from the South Coast of Canada. Kevin Va3KGS
Umm, your title is poorly chosen. What you use for radials, counterpoises, etc. is irrelevant to phasing or steering antennas; similar to "Steering Nylon Rope Guyed Verticals". -What the heck is an Inverted End Fed Wire? Which side of a wire is UP? Positive stroke: Nice documentation and diagrams!! I firmly believe that there is much future development in phased antennas. cheers, bill p.s. Could I suggest that you 'roll up' your plans, diagrams and photos into a single PDF that can be readily shared?
