    Dear all amateur radio operators

    We invite all the operators over the world to the big event named International windsurfing championship held in Jin-ha beach,Korea.
    The famous wind surfers from more 20 nations will gather there on 28th May.
    So, HL 0 BDU (Dong-A Univ. amateur radio club station) will operate special amateur radio station in commemoration of IWC event on 28th~29th May 2005.
    HL0BDU is very famous for special operation such as IOTA 093 Huksan Island expedition in 1990 ~1991.
    We disire to contact you on 28th ~ 29th May on air.

    Operatin time : 02:00 ~ 10:00 am (UTC) 28, 29th May
