    What is the process for getting the callsign N7F released for a Special Event Station?

    Assuming you have registered N7F via one of the "Special Event Coordinators" (ARRL, W5YI), you may request the QRZ Bio page be released for you to edit by filing a Support Ticket:

    What is wrong with this system is that as the SE call is reassigned, linkage to the previous call sign holder information is lost. Is there a better way? Readers of this thread, chime in!

    I agree, I was surprised that a SES call I was managing was re-assigned with no notice. It would be nice to know I'll be losing access to the page before it's reassigned. Is there a way to back up the site somehow to be able to restore it when the call sign is returned? We use the same call sign 5x a year...
