    N9JCA Chris writes "On Saturday June 30th 2001 T.A.R.S of Evansville,Indiana will be running a Special Event Station from 1400z--2300z,on APRS 144.390 W9OG-BA1 and W9OG-BA2.


    Every year Evansville has a Freedom Festival, this year the Main attraction will be The Blue Angels, hence the Special Event. If you are working from a computer with a Registered Version of any kind of APRS Program or working from a Ham Radio, please call W9OG-BA1.


    If you have downloaded an APRS Program and HAVE NOT Registered it,please call W9OG-BA2, this will give all APRS Operators a chance to work the Special Event. Certificates will be sent on request,as long as you have been logged in by A Control Operator and that we receive your info via QSL/Post Card
