Well I just won't park by other RV's then...
My new charger/converter makes no RFI that I can see or hear on my 7300. I still get a little noise from the exhaust and heater fans, but I can manage that by turning them off for now. Looking forward to boondocking to see how it works out, thanks for all of the input. The original WFCO converter wasn't fully enclosed so that's probably why it spewed RFI everywhere...
Here's a tutorial I wrote on installing solar in an RV. More geared to DIY van or bus conversions. It's fairly basic, but the main point is to use quality components that are less likely to cause RFI. There's a lot of crap they install in factory RVs that isn't doing you any favors.
This is the solar controller that I have had good luck with.
