    No, but I've seen a loctal.

    I have several tubes and sockets with the loctal base.

    A side note;
    I have seen loctal tube bases, worked on a Motorola Research Line VHF base station once that was older than ME.
    It had all the original tubes in it, including the final PA tube.
    Seven volt filaments, low gain designed stages, and 6.3V on the heater.
    Only thing that ever went bad were electrolydics in the power supply.

    The Navy owned it, and we had it on maintenance agreement....
