    About the size of 7 credit cards stacked together and dual band.
    Actually very good radios but I think max output is 1 watt.

    VX2r/vx3r always seemed small enough to lose but nice enough to look for. Looking at the dimensions of that Wouxun versus the VX3r, it'd be a much smaller choice.

    Or that Baofeng copy if you want to spend $25 and have a disposable radio.

    vx2r: (47x81x23 mm (w/o knob & antenna) 125 g.
    (58x105x39mm 250g).

    Those last two numbers are probably most important in your situation. yaesu's half the weight and just over half the thickness.
