Patricia R Tullis, KC9PXC SK Patricia Ruth Cole Tullis, age 87, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025, at The Waters of Huntington. Patricia was born on November 26, 1937, in Huntington, IN, to the late Everett and Mary C. (Davis) Rupert. Patricia married Larry E. Cole on November 26, 1960, and he preceded her in death on September 6, 2000. She later married Samuel Tullis, and he preceded her in death on September 8, 2020. Patricia was a 1955 graduate of Lafayette Central High School. She was a member of Roanoke Brethren Church and enjoyed being a member of the Ham Radio Club while married to Samuel. She is survived by her son, Max E. (Greg) Cole, Chicago, IL; stepdaughter, Tammy (Jerry) Carter, Markle, IN; and one brother, Douglas (Jan) Rupert, Markle, IN. Along with her parents and husbands she was preceded in death by her brother and his wife, James and Susan Rupert, and stepson, Sam Tullis, Jr. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, 46750. A private burial was held at Gardens of Memory, Marion, IN.
