I've been using a MFJ 1275 with no problems and everyone in our radio club hates MFJ products. They kept saying " GET A SIGNAL LINK, GET A SIGNAL LINK, GET A SIGNAL LINK, they'll work better than that junk MFJ....So I got signal link, brand new and IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!tried many times to get it adjusted and does not work, it's a peace of trash!!!my mfj 1275 out preforms those signal links. Their junk!!!! $89.00 dollars wasted!!!
If you're going to bash a brand at least get it right. Singnalink is a brand of product. Signal Link is not. Mine works fine. Actually, it was the means to get me the digital portion of my ARRL Triple Play. Wonderful product. I love it - has worked perfectly since day one. You should have bought a Singnalink instead of a Signal Link Dave W7UUU
Have you wired the jumper block correctly for your rig? http://www.tigertronics.com/sl_wirebm.htm Which version do you have? What is it that isn't working? No PTT? No Audio? It would be helpful with some more info and some less exclamation marks
Mine also works just fine (except mine is a Signalink, not a Singnalink or a Signal Link). One of the best investments I've made in ham peripherals. We can help you set it up if you'd like. Let us know what digital mode software you use. Just first verify that you have the correct cable for your radio, and then read the instructions to ensure the jumpers are set correctly.
Have three SignaLink USB devices two in the shack and one for the camper have never had a problem with any of them have had some problems that needed to be resolved when it came to computer settings but that was my fault not the fault of the device or the computer it can be frustrating at times until you get all figured out.
