Looks good. Well done. My only feedback is that you really don't want an unmoderated / instantly published guestbook if that's what it is. Even if you've taken good technical precautions to sanitize the input to strip HTML etc so nothing harmful can be posted, as soon as bots find it, it will be full of garbage. Maybe you've thought of that and have some good "prove I'm human" captcha which might help but still not perfect.
Thank you for doing this. Is there a way to install an icon on my desktop linking directly to the site? Feedback? You might consider removing instances of station CHU Ottawa from appearing in the "On Air Now" listing. The time station has been shut down and is no longer transmitting anymore. Also not sure why station WWV is listed as transmitting on 14.670 MHz. They have never been on that frequency as far as I know. It's supposed to be station CHU and not WWV listed on that frequency.
Daily? Making a lot of work for yourself. Shortwave schedules don't change all that often. May want to do on the seasonal basis (A26, B26, etc).
