I have some Threads listed that are now RESOLVED. But I cannot find how to mark them as resolved. If this is not the right Forum to Post my question. please let me know where is, or reposition for me to correct Forum. I have read something about changing the subject line but I cannot even change the Subject line. The only thing I can do with the threads I have created is post a reply to the Thread. It won't let me access the Subject line There is one of my threads I can see that is marked at the start on the subject line as Resolved in Green. How do I get them marked as resolved ? Thank you
