Try Revo Uninstaller.
If it has been already installed and uninstalled several times and if I reinstall I assume the problem will still be there. I also uninstalled with Geek Uninstaller
That's a very valid assumption. However, if you search the web, these uninstallers have different performances. I'm not familiar with Geek Uninstaller, but Revo seems to have a very good reputation. It was just a suggestion, hopefully you will find the solution soon.
I going to retry with Revo
Since I have installed and uninstalled several times have I put the problem in the computer several times. Will an advanced (Revo) uninstaller resolve with one uninstall
Hard to say, it should. The Revo advanced cleanup, after uninstalling the program, would be my choice. Also, try a reboot after runing Revo, but before installing the program again.
You should make a system restore point before using something that alters the Win Registry.
A restore is handy to have if something goes sideways.
Revo does that by default. If not, go into settings first.
