I finally got the panadapter and CAT control of the Yaesu 891 working. There is so much you can do with a tablet connected. I can easily access the panadapter (with CAT control), my QRZ logbook, POTA spot page, all just 1 click away. No more turning the dial. Simply click on the radio wave and the Yaesu instantly changes to that frequency.
I have each band customized to show only the voice portion.
The SDRPlay receiver is the right USB cable, and Yaesu Control is the left USB cable.

Very curious how you did it. Had nothing but issues interfacing the 891 in the shack so I left my mobile alone. If you can article that here it would be a great assistance to many.

What software are you using on the computer with the SDRPlay?

The software is SDR Console V3 is what he is using. It's also what I use. I find SDR Console more user friendly and visually pleasing than the native SDR Uno.
