I have had three emails in the last two days from guys that had a scammer reply to their "wanted" ad. They were checking to see if the reply was really from me....it wasn't! This guy uses my name rogerdgates@something.com. He wants a quick payment via paypal or a bank draft. Be aware that these guys think hams are easy prey. Checkout any offer of equipment that seems too good to be true.

    Roger,
Scammers choose QRZers with no info or email address on their page. You might consider populating the page or at least putting an email address.
Better yet, a statement that you aren't selling anything at this time.

It would go a long way in helping everyone if the default page was set to information about scammers and that the ham is not selling , buying, or trading anything. If the owner wants to change that, they can update their page.

Put a disclaimer in your QRZ bio and add an email address to you callsign data to stop this fraud now. What's the delay?

Nothing in your Bio text catches the eye. I would do it more like this,
    help1.jpg
or at least make your warning message in red so it stands out.

Looks good. You want to jazz it up a bit as per Lisa, hi.
