The XYL, two dogs, and I have been on the road full-time for three years. I have spend a great deal of that time designing and redesigning my station. Would like to invite you to visit my page and get some ideas from my efforts. No reason to reinvent the wheel.

    Hope to hear from you.

While I understand the issue about mounting the couplers inside, you'd be better off with the outside if for no other reason than the high RF voltage out of the coupler. And, it is always best to keep the length of feed from the coupler to the antenna as short as possible.

Uh, your station is better than most of the stations I have seen from folks I know who have fixed stations they have been working on for years... Antennas included! Wow!

I respectfully suggest routing and tying down the wires in the lower storage compartment (and perhaps in the lower cabinet?) to avoid chafe and cold hardening.

Otherwise it all looks pretty good.

Do you have comms in the tow vehicle?
