Referencing this report and order, what is the final determination and current practice for remote testing? Was it allowed? Is it in practice? If so, who performs it? I'm curious because I'm deployed to Kuwait and am looking if testing is possible.

if I'm reading the R&O correctly, it was adopted June 5, 2014

I checked this out and it appears that Anchorage will only remotely test those with a verified Alaska residence. My home of record is West Virginia and I've not come across a mention of remote testing on one of the WV clubs' websites.
