I have a request into the FCC for modification of my license and I see two comments in the log that state "red light review completed".
I assume this means that nothing would block my request?
I am a bit confused as to why it shows on two different dates.

It reflects the date upon which the FCC bureaucrats visited a local house of sin on the taxpayers dime.

By law, they have to write those dates down somewhere for accounting purposes. They chose your modification request because they could be reasonably certain that nobody would ever read it, there.

    TNX for the link.
I had just never seen the term before.
I guess just like the IRS they want to make sure you don't owe them any money before they do something.
But they sure collected the fee fast and verified it was paid!

I was going to say that they had to check to see if you were in Nevada, but PVL beat me to it.
