QST, QST, QST. Please share this free grassroots community-powered disaster recovery program with all amateur radio operators and amateur radio emergency communicators, especially in marginalized communities without emergency plans. The linked card set (http://www.neighborhoodlink.com/files/document/529283257) gives basic information about the free software. It encourages local organizers to consider two enhancements: 1) adding amateur radio communications (both radio and non-radio methods), and 2) using community-based education to integrate Indigenous Knowledge and emergency preparedness with STEM/STEAM/STEAMING classroom lessons to a) improve local education, b) relevant and practical knowledge/skills/experience to develop a preparedness mindset, c) cultivate future generations of emergency service volunteers and workers, and d) aid in local economic development. If you know teachers, scout leaders, or other community leaders, share this information with them. Encourage teachers and students to translate these materials to their local language as a class community service project. Use these materials to make communities increase emergency preparedness and resilience. Thank you for your time and consideration. Respectfully, Greg Lee, KI6GIG
