Yes he did offer to sell me the radio

You received an unsolicited email from a scammer pretending to be KE5KIP. and you were right to report it here. Thank you.
What email address is the scammer using? Did he give you a PayPal address also and/or did he ask for Friends & Family payment?
I have read the TOS, Perhaps, I have missed it, but, I can't find where posting E-mails (with or with out the address/ISP info removed) is prohibited.

I never sent any email to K9AZY about selling a Yaesu radio.
Then you should add a disclaimer to your qrz bio stating that you have nothing forsale and that criminal scammers have used your callsign to defraud.
