The Graham Building offers 100,000 sq. ft. to contain ALL the hamfest activities.

o FREE PARKING

o Talk-in on 146.04/.64 with backup on 144.79/145.39.

o Average paid attendance is over 2,500.

o Security on duty at all times inside and outside the building.

o Over 450 flea market tables - all indoors.

o Attractive commercial/dealer booths - a few still available.

o Easy setup - drive to your area and unload Saturday Noon to 10pm. and Sunday 6am to 7:30am.

o A full line food concession & restaurant in the building.

o Plenty of RV space available with full hookups.
A fee (currently $15/night) will be collected by Fairgrounds Authorities.
