Queensland Hospital Radio Inc. In Need

"I am wondering (and hoping) if anyone may be willing and able to give a
badly needing helping hand to Queensland Hospital Radio?






Since obtaining official licence 4 years ago to broadcast on 1611AM,
I have been trying to get my station to air. The 2 vital components
needed now are 1. Transmitter of 400 watts to install on already
approved site and 2. Small premises (nothing fancy as no monies
available)to use as studios & office spaces... within the Brisbane City
area if possible.

QHR is totally voluntary, non-political and not-for-profit. Philosophy
is to Inform (via interviews, narrations etcs., medical and other
issues) and Help Relax & Entertain Listeners via wide variety of
music, competitions etc.- see studio schedule)

The task has not been easy, but the fighting spirit is very strong!
